we purchased nest after our old thermostat broke down and decided to get something easier to use specially when we forget to turn off the AC when we leave the house for a long periods of the day. nest remembers what is your usual temperature and schedule and when we get home it is already running for us and turns off in the morning and turns into eco mode which we are yet to see our bill which we are sure it will be a big change. so we totally recommend getting a nest for your home.

Ok, I get it, I now see why people love this product, it’s an amazing thermostat and it’s sad how excited I am about this thermostat. It has enough wire terminals for HVAC systems with two stage heat pumps and a built in dehumidifier. It’s easy to use, looks nice, easy to program. Definitely worth the investment.

This device allows me to change the temperature while I am alway. I usually change the temperature when my wife is heading home. The away feature saves me money when we go away on vacation.

Work well. Had to go through and change several setting that were set by default, like ECO and Away settings. Other than that, works great

This is great! You can adjust the temp from your phone or from Alexa. It has a learning feature so the temperature goes up and down according to your scheudle. Love this!

I like being able to control the temperature from various places

I have two of these units at my house and was asked by my boss to put one in our office. These units are very easy to install and connect to an app in order to be able to control it remotely. The best feature is the Home/Away assist feature which will change the target temperature automatically when you are away. I hear that Nest is also coming out with individual room sensors which will allow you to balance temperatures between rooms. This will be a nice addition.

We bought G2 and had a bad base plate, but the customer support was fabulous and I received a new on in 2 days that fixed my problem. I love the product and would recommend to anyone else. Very easy to install and learn.

This latest nest thermostat is easy to install and will save you money in the long run. Make sure to check with your energy provider to see what rebates they offer to offset some of the initial cost.

I got this because I wanted a way to control my thermostat from outside my home. I ended up getting more than that. The learning system has saved me so much on my electricity bill

Expensive but I like it much better than Ecobee. It looks better on the wall and I also like the app better.

The old programable thermostats wear out and never really control the temp that well. The nest was really easy to install and works great. much more consistent temperatures from our system.

This is the third home that we have purchased Nest thermostats for. I believe they are the best on the market. The Nest App is great as it is highly-intuitive. I'm glad that Google hasn't completely transitioned to the Google Home app. You can generally get rebates from your power company for the purchase as well as programs that regulate peak power days.

these are great units that you can control from anywhere. i love the integration with the google home allowing to use verbal communications to make adjustments
