Works great now that it’s set up. If you have Google Neat Wifi, set up can be tricky because it only allows set up on 2g Wifi. Unfortunately Google doesn't not allow you to choose which band to put on a device. It worked after I got creative and has been fine since.

3.5 if i could... but doesnt deserve 4. It has and automatic "away setting" where if you leave it turns off the ac or turns it way up. I have animals at home and we were concerned why our house was 87!!! When we got back home and thought something was wrong with our ac. Turns out some location got turned on in the app and so when we left and we didnt set up the temps it just defaulted to like 87... we are in Florida. Thats freaking hot. And i have 2 big dogs... not the best. But overall it works well in general. Just beware if you have animals and stop that right away. Weve read of the animals it has killed from this happening.

I use to have an ecobee. But it did not las me not even a year. So I decided to buy the nest. And so far I like it more than the ecobee.

First smart thermostat and very happy with it. I love you can control the temp wherever you are at.

Very easy to install yourself. A lot of convenient options and programs itself just by you turning up the heat and turning down the heat in the long run it'll pay for itself highly recommend

This thermostat was honestly worth the money. Ive already made a return on this investment. My old thermostat was malfunctioning costing me a fortune in electricity. Theres a smart feature called “airwave” that circulates the air with the fan only mode without turning on the compressor and it really does improve the coolness inside the house. Being albe to lower the temp from the comfort of my own bed is also so life changing. I recommend.

Very easy to install and has been a great camera for use outside our house. All you need to do is hang the camera and plug into an electrical outlet. Can review clips and live footage on your camera or PC.

Very useful device that has made managing my homes temperature even while away from home.

Installation was fairly simple and it immediately learns your activity just after a day or two of using the thermostat. Using the eco mode saves on energy usage, also. It’s definitely worth the splurge.

I've enjoyed my Nest thermostat. I control it mostly through the Nest app, although i just bought an Amazon Echo recently, so now i just have Alexa adjust the temperature when necessary. I'm glad i have this, as opposed to the old thermostat i replaced.

Replaced my other smart thermostat. Love it, so easy to connect and ready to save you money.

I haven’t installed it yet, but this is a new nest to replace another nest that I have. The previous one was white but I preferred a black one. The interface is straight forward and install was easy. A must for a smart house!

The first gen I replaced worked fine. I bought the 3rd gen to use some extra sensors and get better control on the bed rooms. Works great easy to install only thing could have made it better is if it used the same base plate.

We like it so far. Have not had any issues with it and it was easy to set up. I did not install it but could have if I did not have the technician install when I got our furnace replaced.

I had a first generation Nest that worked really well. After moving into my new home I purchased 3 of these units. Works great and I can control them all from one swipe of an app whether I'm at home or away.

I have had this for roughly a year and a half and I have had no issue with it. That is until recently, and upon further research the nest thermostats have had and it appears they still have issues with the wi-fi in the thermostat dying. I'm still giving this a decent review as other then the recent failure of the wi-fi in the thermostat dying this has been hassle free and very convenient to use with the app and not having to get up and walk half way across the house to make an adjustment.

Easy to install, easy to set up. I don't know why I waited- oh, yes I do - rebates from local utilities! Check your local utilities for rebates as this adds to the value of this product.
