Great product, though certainly overpriced for what it is. Installation would have been easier had I not had any Nest devices, as the assisted install kept failing. Otherwise, unit looks great. If it wasn't so expensive it would get 5 stars.

The Nest is an easy home automation starting point. Installation is easy - it's more or less "unplug old thermostat, reattach wires" (and is guided for the multiple wiring schemes people may have). It then becomes one of the best designed thermostats (admittedly a low bar). Chief benefits: easier scheduling of heat/cold; "learning" of schedules; plug-in into energy companies' power saving plans (surge schedules) which can provide monetary benefits. The Nest is not perfect - the user interface strips down interactions to "click" or "dial left/right" (it could really use a "back out" button ala the Home button), but it's leagues beyond what most people have slapped onto their walls.

great product, this thing learns your patterns and cuts out having to keep readjusting it i would buy it if i had to.

Works great for my office....Can keep track of temperature, program and get alerts from my phone.

Bought when Comed and Nicor had rebates running, bought for 50 dollars, couldn't pass up, glade I didnt. Can see usage via online, phone app control. Very easy to use and self explanatory.

This new Nest was easy to setup, and it's easy to control with the app. It even learns so that it knows my schedule and saves me money by turning down the heat when I'm not at home during the day.

Installation was super easy. Needed assistance with wiring and Nest customer service was very helpful, even at 10pm. I have actually seen a decrease in my bill since installing this thermostat.

Love being able to set my home temp from anywhere. Easily automated as well with Alexa, Google, or home assistant.

This Thermostat is the best, it works great and looks so beautiful on the wall, i would definitely recommend it to my friends.

This is the second Nest thermostat I have purchased. It is excellent and setup was easy!

The set up of the device was simple thanks to the nest app which broke it down to very basics.

Great piece of hardware - works fantastic. After running one in my home for six months, I bought two more for my work. No regrets. If you find one on sale, jump all over it.

Temperature is better regulated, Rather than turning the a/c on/off I set it on ‘eco’ and the temperature is perfect.

It works great, very handy. No problem installing.

So I travel for a living and being able to turn on the A/C or the heat the day before is great however the learning mode on this thermostat can’t make two cents of what I'm doing so sometimes it does weird stuff maybe it’s operator error but overall it’s a good product and as their ally pleasing.

I have had a number of "Smart" thermostats and this is by far the best one I have used. Installation and setup were a breeze. took less than a minute to link it to my online Nest account.

Setting up the Nest and building an energy efficient schedule has been awesome. Configure for geo tracking and remote management I will always be a Nest advocate.

I love my nest! I forget that it’s even there it works so well, after about 2 weeks of tweaking the temps, it works great! Integrates really well with google home as well.
