The app on my iPhone is great. Would definitely recommend this product. I haven't tried comparative products from other companies, so I can't give this a 5-Star rating. But I have no regrets buying this product.

But I would recommend that is in a location that gets foot traffic. I will automatically lower the temp by a lot if it doesn't think anyone is home. It takes a while to get use to your schedule but so far well worth the money!

The nest products are very solid products in a general sense. The software for them is excellent however the build of the nest thermostats I have to rate average. After 2 years in a new house the mount for this product failed. Now this could have been because of installation but it randomly failed and our heat stopped. Its hard to be to critical. This failure could be due to the electricians skill at installing it. I give it good because you will want to be carefull with the wire mount. It is not very strong and apparently can break with little to no pressure. So take care of this and you will have a fun smart thermostat.
