Easy Product to use. Setup is a little challenging if you are using the nest app or google home. In order to connect to a device you need to manually update the software on the device prior to connecting. To complete this task, connect your wifi at the unit level, then in settings check your software version for updates, update. Once completed you will be able to add the thermostat to your connected device. Our building has 16 units all running on one app, super easy to program and control weekly schedules. Highly recommend

Easy to install and set up with Alexa. Especially like the ability to maintain desired temperature without manually switching from heat to cool as the weather in CO can be pretty fickle.

I purchased the NEST thermostat when my Honeywell thermostat stopped connecting to the Internet. I wish I had bought the NEST 1st. The hookup was simple and straight forward. The programming at first was a little cumbersome, but then I was able to get the hang of it. The programming should not be a deterrent to not buying this. In fact we have lost power a couple times and when we get the power back it re-syncs with the internet and all is good. That was the issue I was having with my Honeywell.

I have had different types of smart thermostats... but this one is so easy to install and operate especially with my google home!!!! i just love it especially how it uses the GPS with my phones

Love Nest thermostats. Easy to install and use. I love putting these in all of my project homes as they have a great look and feel and buyers usually appreciate knowing they can control things remotely.

Works great so far. Very easy to use. It has learned my habits a usually has my home at comfortable temperatures.

I didn’t have any issues setting up the Nest and it’s been running smoothly since I purchased it. Extremely convenient to manage this thermostat from the couch.

Nice design and east to install and program. Being able to control and monitor it remotely with a smartphone is great!

Very functional. Very attractive. Easy to use changing the programed temperature manually took some effort, but that is not the intended use. Proximity activation works very well. Very good product. Remote control through phone software is easy.

New house - had to get a Nest thermostat (had one in previous place). Easy to install (follow directions to make sure you know which wire goes where), easy to use. Can set Heating, cooling or combo (set upper/lower temps for fall and spring when you might need heat or cooling). You can set a schedule - it is a bit tedious to set (have to do each day individually) or let the thermometer "learn". I like the house cold at night (58-60 deg) but want the heat to come on about an hour before I get up - so prefer the schedule. Eco mode does save $$!

Best Thermostat to have in your house it could connect to either your heat or your AC it’s great to have easy to use through the app

I love how my thermostat learned to turn down at night by it's self and turn back up in the morning. Looks great on my wall and very easy to use!

I just installed the Nest a few days ago but it was very easy to install and the walk through set up menu was very well done. I am learning more about how to work the nest but so far it works great.

I purchased this to save power costs and the ease of use to control based on a schedule and my smart phone. I love it! Easy setup and met my expectations.

Love it. The look is clean and sleek and the dial / features are easy to use. Let go of your 20 year old thermostat. Its time to move on :)

This was easy to install and even easier to set up. It has been 'learning' and adjusting the temperature without any input. I really like the ability to set a passcode that restricts others from changing settings.

This really has made my life so much easier and has reduced my energy bills. As a frequent traveler it's so helpful to be able to adjust the temperature from my phone. It's very easy to install and easy to use.
