Super easy to install and performs exactly as advertised. I like the ability to set temperatures on a schedule and allowing the unit to go into "Eco mode" when it senses we are away.

After purchasing a new home and watching our utility bills rise for a while I vowed to change all of that in 2015. I began to purchase LED light bulbs as a start, new energy efficient appliances, and then September 2015 the Nest 3rd Generation was released which caught my attention. I asked my father-in-law who had the Nest 2nd Generation for information and he had nothing negative to say about it so I was sold. After comparing it to other competitors I was hooked on this one due to the ease of installation, good reviews, and $100 electric company rebate (ask your local energy company).

This is the best thermostat I have ever owned it easy to use and has helped me keep my home temperatures controlled with ease.

The installation instruction are easy and Nest supply’s everything you need. Not all systems are the same and I had a common wire issue. The Nest phone support was great and I had a Nest Pro finish the install and Nest is reimbursing me for the expense. Great product, easy to use.

Love this thermostat! So convenient to control temperature with phone & it does learn from your own habits. Bought 2 of them & recommend it for anyone to all save some $.

I love the simplicity of installment and use! It works seamlessly with echo and Apple smart hub. I love adjusting the temperature while never leaving my bed!

I have been wanting to get this thermostat for quite some time. Now that I have it I could not be happier with it. Installation was a breeze. I love being able to control the temp from anywhere in the house. I haven't used it long enough, and the weather has been too nice for me to truly notice the energy savings that should happen, so I can't comment on that yet. Florida summers can be brutal and expensive, so I am hoping that I will see some savings by upgrading to this.

I gave this item a 4 because I am not sure yet how this product will affect my electric bill, since I haven’t had it for that long. So far, I love the fact that I could control the temperature of my house while I am away. I also love the fact that it can tell that I’m not home so it adjusts itself to eco mode which is supposedly the energy saving feature of the item. It can also detect when I’m close to home and it then dials the temperature the way I want the house. It also learns my routine and how I want the temperature to be at my house. I haven’t had it for that long and my routine is still off since I have my family vacationing with me for a while. Maybe after everything goes to normal that’s when I could exactly tell the benefits of it on how I could save energy. After all that’s the whole reason why I purchased this product. So far I love that I have the power to control house temperature on my finger tip.

Easy to install. Works great. Placed in the hall but seems to learn quickly to even out temperature in 2nd floor of house.

Purchased this to go along with my nest security cameras. Had a few issues figuring out how to properly install but once in seems to be working. Looks good and easy to use once installed. Very cool I can control it from my Google nest app.

Installed easy after confirming wiring matched up. Handy to have power drill. Quick setup and was off and running with it on wifi and linked to my phone and Google Home!

Love this product! We installed it in a rental. Love being able to adjust the temperature to maximize savings remotely. For a primary residence, it is cool that it can learn your behaviors to maximize energy savings. I also like the way it looks on the wall and the display screen can be customizable.

If you are in the market for a thermostat, just get a nest. This product works exactly as advertised. Already have a schedule and it's saving me money. Outstanding design, clean, and neat.
