It seems like every thermostat we buy it stop working in year and half. Last time I contacted nest they want me to send them proof a diagnosis done by hvac company. We had so far purchased total 6 units between our 3 homes. Very disappointing after spending all that money we don’t even get 2 years from the product. 2 out of 6 of our units stop working in less than 2 years.

This thermostat is easy to read and I like the fact that when you go by the thermostat turns on to show the temperature.

Been hooked up now several weeks and what a difference its already made. App control on smart phone is extremely nice and easy to use. Cant wait to see what it does for our bill!!

The device was easy to install. Can turn heater or off from my phone.

Easy to set up and nice looking. If you buy one see if there are rebates available in your area! Will save you money in the long run. Highly recommend. Great replacement.

I'm so glad to have purchased Nest. I have a 3 floors town house and 2 thermostats (lower and upper levels). The thermostats talk to each other stabilizing the temperature. Also the auto-away function saves so much energy.

Wanted one for awhile. Love being able to access it from my phone while out of house. Customer service is good. They give you all the info you need to make sure you can use this product I'm your home. Definitely looking to get another one for upstairs. You won't be disappointed

Works well with our new A/C unit. Wasn't difficult to setup via the Nest app and add additional temperature sensors. Not able to compare to other smart thermostats as this is the first we've had. Seems pretty great so far.

The installation process was not easy. Took my husband 6 hours and he’s usually a very handy guy. The NEST blew a fusz in the house too. After a lot of frustration, we now like it and it seems to have lowered our first monthly bill.

Best feature about this I liked was that you can set fan to run for every hour that allows for air circulation through out the house

After a few days it learns your habits and just adjusts itself. I like it really cool at night. Not so cool when I shower. Warmer when no one is home. This thing just does it.

It’s very easy to install. The thermostat is smart to learn your patterns and create customize schedule. 3stars because it broke down after 2.5 years. Right after when warranty is expired.

By saving some electricity while more efficiently cooling and heating my home, the Nest Thermostat is my first purchase toward helping me automate our home. With all the new integrations between Nest and other devices, I hope to have several devices that will automate and secure my home.

Very cool looking, also easy to install. Gives u the ability to control the temp vocally or not from anywhere as long as u are connected to the internet!

I bought this as a thank you gift for my parents for our wedding! My mom had been wanting one since they first came out, so I decided this would be the perfect way to say thank you for everything they did for my husband and I during the wedding process. They absolutely love it!

I love my Nest Learning Thermostat. I love the design and all of the features. It's very easy to control after syncing it with my Google Mini.
