Easy to install and to use. I would def never go back to the same old thermostat

I’m not very tech savvy and rely on google and YouTube for a lot! The best was so easy to install and set up! I love that if I’m chilly I can kick the heat up with out having to run to the thermostat!

When 1st installed the nest Thermostat the temperature reading was 3-4 degrees off from every other thermostat/thermometer I had. I called Nest for assistance. The initial tech verified all the wiring was correct then referred me to tier 2. This tech verified all the settings in the thermostat and when he found nothing wrong there suggested we reset the thermostat and start over from scratch. Once we performed the reset and reprogrammed it the thermostat started reading within 1/2 degree of the thermometer I had hanging on wall next to the Nest. Both Technicians were very professional and helpful. The thermostat has been working flawlessly since. I love the way it learns the temperatures we want during the day and adjusts temp when we are gone for long periods of time

Expensive but you get quality and ease of use. Works great. Installation was very easy and supports practically any type of unit out there. It looks great on the wall.

The Nest Thermostat is fantastic! I installed it myself, super easy. The nest is my first step to Home automation. This smart thermostat is amazing. The Nest app allows me to control the nest from anywhere. This is a must buy!

The thermostat works as promised and adds a little tech appeal to my living room. I’ve only been using it for a month now but it has started to learn my personal living habits and adjust itself appropriately.

My new best works great. It does ev they say it does, and does it well. When I go out I put it on AWAY, and the temperature lowers. When I get home it automatically goes back to the normal temperature

My wife and I love the Nest Thermostats. Not having to turn up and down the heat during the winter has been a treat. Once the thermostat learns you're behaviors it's amazing not having to ever touch them again.

Very easy to use and very easy to setup have had no problems with it would recommend.

This thing is so easy to use and install. You really don't even need a "NEST PRO" to install it. I've never even cared about thermostats, as long as I am comfortable. You just slide the color coded wires into the correct slot and fire it up. Just make sure you turn off the power to the cooling and heating systems first before starting the installation process. The whole installation should only take 20 minutes. You will save so much money with rebates and more efficient power use. Please buy it! P.S. my house is a lot more comfy now especially since I can control my heat with my phone.

I purchased this and it has been really useful, we were able to monitor the usage of the AC, control during vacation, and even adjust the temperature when my in-laws were visiting while I wasn't home. I was so easy to install.

Easy to replace old thermostat with the nest. I like making sure i have the house is cooled down after working outside in this humid weather. Going to buy another for the other zone in house

Very smart looking, no pun intended, thermostat. I installed it myself in about 20 minutes. The thermostat has been functioning fine and the house seems to have a more even temperature. Very easy to use.

Wonderful once up and running. Despite claiming to operate without a common wire, I found in the winter if the furnace hadn't run for a prolonged period, the unit ran solely off battery, which eventually led to the battery dying. Luckily I had a common wire already in the wall (never connected since previous thermostat was battery operated), and connecting that to the Nest and the furnace solved the problem. I would caution those who do not have a common wire to be diligent in testing that their system will support the Nest's power needs should they purchase this device.

Works as advertised. It has made keeping my home at the temperature I want when I want extremely easy. Using the nest app has been a wonderful experience.
