Very user friendly device when managing it from the the phone or the thermostat itself.

I have two in our home we can control it from cellphones. Used it the other day when leaving a late dinner to warm home before we got there.

Very easy to install and program. You must have a @gmail.com address for the app which is my only complaint.

Watched a video on how to install the thermostat before purchasing. So already have an idea what to do. Thermostat works great! Still playing with the setting.

This was super easy to install and program. Haven't noticed a huge difference in our utility bills but still like the ease of use it offers.

Complete installation in just 21 minutes requiring only a screwdriver. Programming is simple especially with the Nest app. After the first month of use, the Nest has shown to be accurate and reliable. Would have preferred a remote sensor option but definitely recommend it to anyone.

Really easy to use ! And diy install. I am enjoying the fact that it learns your habits and times when to change the temperature.

Excellent thermostat. Had a savings on our utility bill within the first month. With the rebate and energy saving the thermostat will pay for itself in five months.

Works great I had one downstairs and finally got nine for upstairs. So glad no need toneunnupstairs to adjust the temperature.

Works well didn’t learn as quickly as I was told but I think now it’s figuring things out I like that it connects with my Alexa

Had our Nests for a few weeks now-- so far so good. Love that it learns our patterns and predicts. Interface is great once you figure it out. App is very handy.

First to setup and on e you download the app everything is easy control and with google my family and I can talk and change the temp.

I love this nest it’s so easy to use and I love that you can set it to go up or down at certain times of the day

The nest thermostat is easy to setup and has some cool features like seeing how much energy you use per day.

We are enjoying our more accessible and simple thermostat. The mobile apps are a great feature. The only issue was the installer of our heat/cooling system did not follow standard wiring colors, so an electrician friend helped me figure out the layout, For most, this would not be a problem and was no fault of Nest. Having the display light up when approaching is another great feature--our last thermostat was extremely hard to read at night. Programming the Nest took less than 5 minutes. Enjoying it,
