This was purchased as an update to our smart home. Our first NEST was included with our electric company contract and it was a great way to monitor our energy consumption in a very hot and muggy city of Houston, TX. Years later, this 3rd generation was purchased to accompany our new AC system. There are new monitoring options allowing for sucking humidity out of the air and eeking the most out of the recycled air in the system. We are in an older home that is quite energy efficient and this tech would be doing us much better if we were in a newer home. I definitely suggest!

Works great! Easy to setup and keeps the house on an efficient schedule. Has been great when we need to turn on the AC or heat from our phones or even using Amazon Alexa.

Really easy to use. I haven’t seen a huge enough difference on the bill at the end of the month to mention anything. Also, some slight aggravation from it being intuitive or learning. It’ll change temperature at times when we don’t want it too... Not a huge deal.

Love the ability for it to learn our habits and being able to review everything on my phone. This should save us money over time.

Great Thermostat. Brought 4 of them for a Residential building. Works in sync with each other. C Wire was not an issue.

Couldn't be easier to install and use. The only issue I have with the Nest thermostat is there seems to be a 2 degree tolerance before it kicks in...

Love my Nest. Just added Nest thermometers to the system to allow me to run the Heat/AC until the coldest/hottest room is at the desired temperature.

This has made our life much easier. We can use Google Home from our phones or voice command to change the temperature. Great!

This is a pretty cool product. You can connect your phone to it to change the temp and it will tell you how long it will take to get the whole house to that temp.

Love this smart thermometer and even more that this and Cameras are all conveniently in one app! Very easy to install.

A must have thermostat. Just so easy to setup and use. I love it and my wife loves it as well. Easy use of lowering the temperature especially living in Miami.

Nest is the best learning thermostat on the market. This is my second one for a second house and it's better than the first. Must say this 3rd Gen is not much different than the 2nd Gen.

I like to update this. Easy to install, reasonable price, very suitable for smart phones. There are no other problems at all.

I have a few of these in various properties and they are outstanding. The quality of construction and ease of use make these a no-brainer purchase. Easy for anyone to install.

Purchased new furnace and nest I didn't physically install the product but did do the set up which was lengthy but easy just follow the on screen instructions. The Nest is easy to use.

I love all the nest products but this is my favorite. Easy to use from my phone and program for my family. Would definitely recommend.

it was very easy to install and easy to set up. I have not used the app but my wife likes it. you can even get a tax break for the upgrade on your home.

The Nest thermostat is an awesome tool to control the temperature of my home. The features enable me to control my home environment from anywhere I might be away from home.
