    I added the Nest thermostat to gain better control of my HVAC with the goal of energy savings. I now have the ability to control my HVAC with my smart phone. The Nest thermostat does what is advertises, has sensors that can save energy when you are away without any programming by the end user.

    I needed some assistance during installation and the customer service person was very helpful, I had some extra wires. They sent me a diagram via email and followed up. It was up and running within 15-20 minutes. It is working as expected.
