Definitely recommend. Only issue is that I wish Alexa could turn on just the fan rather than heat/cool. Can't fault Nest per se though.

If you leave it on Auto all the time, it's good, but I didn't feel the phone app or the functions on the device were user friendly.

However their app is having issues which wouldn’t let me finish the set up so we can access it on our phones. I have called tech support and it’s a known problem. That was about 3 weeks ago and no updates

I have 3 nest's thermostats installed at my home and they work semliously with each other and the app etc. We have noticed significant energy saving each month on the bill since, we started with our first nest about a year ago.

The away assist help with saving electricity as it increases the temperature when you leave. I love having the ability to access it through my phone also!
