I love it!!! I am able to view the temperature away from home at all times. Set up and adjust temperature before I get home.

The nest thermostat gives the ability to remotely control and schedule the operation of the fans, heat and AC. Having a C-Wire (Common Wire) routed from the furnace to the thermostat is highly recommended. Without the C-Wire, the Nest thermostat can constantly run into "Low Power" issues since it cannot charge the battery at the rate which it drains.

We bought one for the first floor last month and had to get one for the upstairs. Great device and with the app it is so easy to adjust the temp even when we arent home.

Love having the ability to control my home heating and air from anywhere. My old wall thermostat had timers and was programable but really hard to use. The Nest is real simple to use, program- and after a while it gets to know your habits and pretty much teaches itself how to keep the home comfortable. I also received a rebate from the gas company which is a bonus. and will be saving overall on my heating and air bill now that I am in control. I have other smart home devices like Wink, Ring and Nest carbon dioxide detector which all work well with one another. 100% happy and would recommend the Nest Thermostat.

I bought this in a bundle package, and was not disappointed. The display is nice, and it is super easy to setup. Using the Nest website's tutorial videos, I was able to swap this out from my old thermostat, and get it programmed in under 10 minutes. The thermostat learns my family's routines, and over time makes adjustments based on what it learns. The display is customize-able with different information. It is very easy to adjust the temperature or switch from heating to cooling. Using the Nest App, you can customize schedules on your own, and there are even "eco" settings, where you can let the thermostat run to a temperature to save you money on your utility bills. I also bought 2 of the optional Nest temperature sensors (because I have a 3-story house). The only downfall to those that I didn't know about is the system can only run, based on which sensor you choose (in my case, I can make it heat my house based on the thermostat on the main floor, or one of the sensors in the basement or on the 2nd floor. But not all 3). I can also control my thermostat/temperatures from my Google Home speakers or displays; along with the app. And, with the Google Home Assistant, you can set up "routines" in there. So when you leave the house, you can make a routine and say something like "I'm leaving", and it would turn down the temperature to an Eco setting.

Really Love the thermostat for the 1st floor! so easy to control via your phone. Installation was easy also!

I have a four zone vertical system and bought 3 of these Smart Thermostats (left the existing one in the basement for now). These thermostats were extremely easy to install and jumped right onto the house network and my google online system, where I have 2 other Nest cameras. The app works seamlessly. With routine manual adjustments of the temp on the app and/or thermostats, the three floor system appears to be learning and may even be anticipating when to ramp cooler or go to "eco". So far so good!

The thermostat is actually more useful in keeping house at desired temp levels in real time. The functionality is fantastic. The ability to change remotely is also great.

We on our 2nd Nest and we love it. Able To Monitor the device from my iPhone is Wonderful . I can make Adjustment from the bed or work. I recommend to buy

The Nest thermostat is definitively a must if you want to keep track of cost, adjust temperature remotely and keep comfy on all spaces. The fully take advantage of the thermostat, I do recommend adding nest temp sensors to be able to identify zones in the house that are at different temps from where the main thermostat is located. With these two options combined, you can control the times and zones of the house where the AC or heating needs more flow and would help control them accurate. The four stars is due to the fact that it has preset times (morning, afternoon, evening and night) and it does not allow the user to change the start or end times of each preset. Not a big deal once you learn how to change other settings, but would be nice to be able to change them to avoid having to look for workarounds.

We upgraded from a regular programable thermostat to this and do not regret it. Nest customer service had me send a picture of the current wiring and then instructed me where to put the wires. Very simple to setup and the app is awesome. It learns how you like temperature in your home throughout the day and programs itself. Bonus: our amazon echo connected to this! We can tell Alexa to adjust the temperature from the couch.

Great smart thermostat that works really well. The technology is built well and easy to understand. I had it professionally installed because our AC system does not have a C wire. But apparently with this thermostat we didn't need one. I love being able to control our HVAC from anywhere

I love the Nest products, the 3rd generation smart thermostat offers the best user experience and is easy to install and use.

This product works well for my purpose. I like i can turn on or lower the heat from my phone.
