Product offers plenty of support for a do it yourselfer. Utube video, app.that walks you through the installation, and paper instructions. Make sure you have good enough Wi-Fi where your thermostat is I've seen a lot of people giving bad ratings for no Wi-Fi, which has nothing to do with this awesome piece of tech.

This thermostat seems to work quite well. Much better than the cheaper model. I like being able to just set a temperature an it stays there.

I recently replaced my AC unit and decided to purchase the Nest. I couldn't be happier with the results. I barely ever have to touch my thermostat. It's helped reduce my monthly bill by almost $40-$60. It's also SUPER convenient to change the temp from your phone!

What more is there to say ? Super easy to install and love the app. Installed one in my home and saved a TON of money on the first month with the energy saver. Within 2 months of usage, it paid for itself. Would 100% recommend along with many other nest products.

Bought this to upgrade my 60 year old thermostat in my house! Found out you do not need a C wire to use this one! Love that it tracks how much time it is heating the house and learns your routines so the house is warm when you get home! Great product!

Does it job!! Works great. If not familiar with installation process get someone who does. We had a hvac guy come, he had to get up on our roof and do something from our heating and air system. After that works great.

We live in an area where you could have the potential for frozen pipes being able to check the temperature while on vacation to make sure everything was good was great

The Nest thermostat looks good and feels to be great quality. We are still learning how to control this thermostat as it is very detailed. You will need the Nest app for your phone and WiFi ability. Installation was simple and quick. Overall, we would recommend this thermostat as it is attractive and functional.

Easy to install, even easier to use. No more time spent trying to program a thermostat. Set the temps you like with a twist of the dial and this smart stadt will figure out your normal heating and cooling patterns and apply them for you. My house is much more comfortable now without the wide temperature swings. So it truly is a set and forget item. .

Monthly report emailed showing usage, comparisons to last month and accumulated "Green Leaf" points from economic energy use. Android app for remote access. You can set up various schedules for heat, cold or both heat-and-cold ... including a range setting that keeps temp between a high and low temp that you set, displays usage history for last 10 days with detail usage within each prior day, schedule fan-only run time up to 12 hrs., set ECO Temps when no one is home or turn ECO temps on manually any time, get reminders for filter change, and more. Overall, much more than I expected.

The Nest smart thermostat is really efficient. I am enjoying the features. It was easy to install.

It's been a week with this thermostat and I must say it really gets the job done. Nest customer service is beyond impressive. They truly help with any questions about their products. The only thing that keeps this device from 5 stars is that you must manually tell the system to turn off because sometimes it cools the house when your not home. It takes about a week for the nest to pick up on your cooling tendencies and then develops a schedule for your for future uses. This is good but unless you manually tell it your away the nest is constantly working

My brother-in-law bought a Nest thermostat for their new house and raved about it! My husband and I read the reviews and were impressed with what other users had to say. We purchased the Nest thermostat and my husband was able to install it in about 30 minutes. It is so easy to program using a smart phone and had "learned" our schedule after a week.

This was super easy to set up and install. I thought the instructions we very clear and I didn't have any issues. My family just built a new house and was recommended the Nest for the Learning portion of the Thermostat. The temperature throughout the house appears to be very consistent as we even have a larger room that is all windows. My family is constantly running in and out of the house and it is great for our busy life style. I think the look of the Thermostat is very sleek. We purchased the black one and it adds a nice touch to our home. Overall, I would 100% recommend this thermostat. The ease, efficiency, and look of the product has earned a 5 star from my family.

Very good looking product and very easy to install.

Thermostat itself was awesome and i loved it but i had to return it cuz i didnt have a C wire on my thermostat and hooking a new one up is too much work. But for the time it was hooke up and on, it worked great!
