Fantastic Thermostat

It does exactly what it is supposed to do and is incredible user-friendly from both installation to daily use. You can also sync your Alexa up to it if you want to change the thermostat temperature. Great product!

Their design is simple, elegant, innovative, and cool. Easy to use, and can be controlled through phone apps or by voice (Google Home's Voice Assitant).

Best ability is to be able to turn it on or off when out of the house or in another room. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new one. Very easy to use for non-tech savvy people!

It also learns how I am and when I am home go save the most money. I love this product.

I love that you can control all systems from the iPhone App. This tool also connects to the security camera feature. This helps me monitor when I'm away. My electricity bills have also dropped dramatically.

It claims to be smart and can adjust the temperature in the room, however, I always feel the temperature to be lower than I wanted, although I adjust manually every day, it still sets the temperature low.

We understand your concern about the lower temperature reading, and the first thing we recommend is to start by checking the location of the thermostat, as it may impact the accurate temperature reading. Here are a couple of troubleshooting steps to help isolate the issue further, as well as identifying that the thermostat is not impacted by external factors:
- Restart the thermostat by pressing the display until it shows a black screen and wait until it's back up and running. A restart should be sufficient to re-calibrate them and show an accurate value.
- Check if the Sunblock feature is on or off. Open Nest App > Select the thermostat > Tap Settings > Look for Nest Sense > Turn off/on Sunblock
- Nest Thermostats in the U.S. and Canada are typically installed on a wall. Check for proximity of the thermostat to: air vents / electrical outlets / appliances / plumbing (hot water pipes) / warm air in the wall behind the thermostat. This may also affect the reading for the temperature.
- Some wireless access points cause the Nest Learning Thermostat’s wifi chip to overheat, which affects the thermostat’s detected ambient temperature. We suggest disconnecting the network for 24 hours, and monitoring the temperature.
Different brands of thermostats and thermometers have different ways of measuring and reading the ambient temperature. Normally, a temperature difference of 1-2°F can be negligible, but if it is greater than that, and should the steps we highlighted not identify the issue, then we may need to have a look at what may be causing it and work on improving your experience. Easy install, setup, and use

When we finally made the jump we couldn’t have been happier. I was worried about setup and install but it was sooo easy. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Easy to install, I followed the instructions included. Love it, works with the app on your phone and learns your habits. I've had the 1st one for over a year now.

Pair it with Google home, the nest app or Alexa and you're effortlessly controlling your temp. I wish I would have picked this up sooner.

Being new to full home automation having this thermostat is a must and we can't believe we went this long without one. It will be interesting to see how what if any, the learning feature lowers our bills.

All I need is it to illuminate upon my approach and still can be set to show weather or etc. I like the stainless one the best . Even my electrician was impressed while installing

So glad we did can adjust temperature on my app a big plus when coming home after a vacation or late at night. No more coming home to a hot or cold house.

There are visuals for wire selection, connection, and setup. Once powered, programming is very easy through the app, and the dial control method is easy to understand and use!

I can check and program my thermostat from anywhere. Great while on vacation. You can lower the thermostat while traveling home from vacation and have a nice cool home when you arrive.
