Easy to install very simple to use and a well made product. Installation video make it a snap to install. Online support site a Nest that will show you exactly how to wire the new T stat. Great customer support. I am very happy with the product.

Since we have two stories, we have two units. This allows us to control the different zones and set it while we are enroute to the house to cool or to warm it based on the need. Its great and was very easy to install.

We love this product so much we bought one a gift to a family member! Installation was simple and set-up was easy. If you need additional help with the setup, they have a few videos on youtube that can be useful. We love to be able to cool/heat the house when we are area within the nest app. Must have for a smart homes

Had Nest since inception. Sold gen 1 to neighbor when gen 2 came out because of humidifier control. Gen 2 been working great until I had to disconnect and rerun wires from hvac to stat for a basement finish. I guess somewhere down the line I shorted out the heater diode and was forced to make an emergency run to Best Buy for a new stat. I really like the looks of the 3rd gen black. Bigger face with larger numbers is perfect for an old man. Controls are almost identical and setup was super easy. It took the info from the old stat and installed it into the new one. I didn't really have to do anything. I always recommend all the nest products to anyone who asks.

This is a must have if you are a homeowner, it help me to save money in my electric bill. It learn your habit of temperature setup and then it crearles a schedule for you.

I had a nest at my old house and loved the convenience so I bought two for our new house. We have a system downstairs and a system upstairs so I wanted to make sure that I could control them both easily with my phone. I like being able to control most settings and the temperature through the app, I rarely ever go to the actual thermostat and it makes life much easier. Set up was easy for the downstairs system but upstairs we have a heat pump and that was a little more complicated. We made sure it was wired right when our HVAC guys came out. I would recommend these always.

It’s hard to believe I used to get up to change the thermostat! Now if I have a hot flash in the middle of the night I can change the temperature from my phone and when I’m cold 15 minutes late I can change it back!!

The Nest Thermostat is incredibly impressive and insanely easy to install and manage from your mobile devices. And with rebates that you can get from utility companies and savings from more efficient operation, this product is a no-brainer.

By being able to set a temperature range, I have saved money. The house will heat or cool on its own to maintain optimum temperature. This has been especially useful during the springtime when temperatures are pretty erratic. In turn, my bills have decreased.

Love the look function and features of our new copper Nest Learning Thermostat. Goes to eco mode when we aren't home but has the house cool when we come back, Love to see how it works in Winter. Very happy with the product so far.

i bought this for Christmas and it is the best. it is easy to install. It is easy to program and i love getting messages on how much energy I am using and how I can save more by changing my settings. You Can' go wrong is buying this item.

Easiest install I have ever done. It works flawlessly and saved 60 dollars on the first month I had it installed on my electric bill. It learns and creates a schedule for you based on your settings manually. Get one... I got a second unit for downstairs.

Love this product. Peace of mind when we are gone during the cold months. So nice to be able to turn the heat up before getting out of bed in the am.

Got the nest 3rd gen thermostat and I don't know how one could live without it. The nest took only a half hour to install and has been operating well ever since. The best part is using it with your phone to control the temp or hooking it up to Alexa.

It was easy to install and I liked that it came with a cover plate large enough to cover the area from the old thermostat. It learns well and works even better with the more input that you provide. I don't have any other "connected" devices, but am interested in getting some. I don't know how the Nest can monitor heating and cooling differently based on which room is occupied without having a multi-zone system though.
