I love this thermostat. It lets me control it from anywhere. The scheduling is nice as well, but someone is always home at my house all day so it doesn’t do me much good to be energy efficient in that manner. If you love new tech, I highly recommend this!

A few days in and works well. The install instructions are lacking has to install to the Nest app and then it showed in the Home app. Also testing didn't work I had to quit and adjust the temp and it worked then.

I was Leary about spending $200 on a thermostat, but this device is actually worth it. It learned my family's habits and now I barely have to touch it. I check from work to see what temp it is and it's almost always what I normally set it at. I'd buy another in a heartbeat.

I thought that this was a good purchase for my family as it does show us monthly summary reports on energy saved of "Leafs" earned. Also, I was very impressed with how simple the install was. I have since purchased other NEST products to have them all connect.

I bought this product and installed it in my home. Installation was straightforward and took less than a half an hour to install the device. It was easy to program and does what it is supposed to do. The only reason I did not rate this a five star because of the potential security risk that this has.I don't know if it actually has security risks or not, but, that's what I have seen in print. I do have a secure router so I'm hoping that for protects me.

Love this thermostat. Links in to google home seamlessly. Easy to install. It's expensive so luckily, I got a rebate from my utility.

I replaced my old thermostat with the Nest. I'm not a very handy person but was able to follow the instructions easy enough to set it up. The Nest does a good job of remembering what temperatures you use at different times of day. But if temperatures fluctuate, then you have to adjust anyway. The biggest disadvantage for me is not being able to run the furnace fan by itself. The app is great for keeping an eye on temperatures when your away, and adjusting it while away. Overall I like it, and am on track to receive the incentive that should help reduce it's initial cost.

I always wanted to control my ac from anywhere. Thanks to nest, I’m able to do it now with no issue. I like the home away assist feature because it helps me reduce my electric bill.

Great piece of technology specially when you have teenager in the house. Let you lock it so they can't be messing with house temperature. Also I have seen a decrease in my electricity bill.

I purchased a nest thermostat. The product was faulty out of the box. I spent $80 for a certified tech to diagnose that my HVAC was perfect but that the nest product backplate was faulty. (The tech also stated this is a common problem with nest). I called nest customer service and the tech was condescending on teaching me how corporations regulations work and he could do nothing. I had all the paperwork to email to him but he insisted he could do nothing. I then explained I'd leave a review on the product and how he handled it by not reaching a compromise of some sort. I will be returning the 2nd nest product I had to purchase. All in all, I'm sure the product works great when it works but I hope you never need to use the customer service. The tech Mike was VERY unhelpful and even asked me if I worked for a company and I understood my regulations at work. What a rude guy. I told him I hoped that his company was recording this conversation. I'm sure they'll be talking to him on how the real world operates. #clueless. I will be posting this unfortunate experience on other websites as well. Hope this helps you decide what product is best for you.

I absolutely love this device and having the ability to adjust the temperature from anywhere, The eco notices are also great to help save on cost.

I have bought these for each of the homes that I have owned and it is absolutely flawless! I love the ability to control away from home and even while lying in bed. It even reduced my utility bills by at least 25%.

After doing everything both the website and directions told me to do multiple times, the system just wasn’t compatible with my heating system even thought it said it was. I do not knock the Nest itself, just wasn’t compatible for me. Would have loved if it was.

Love the learning feature of the thermostat. We rarely adjust the settings or change the the temperature. Recommend taking a picture of your existing wiring locations for reference.

We were looking for the best and found it ! Don't waste your time purchasing anything else. The nest thermostat is amazing, we love it and it's already saving us money on our electric bill. Easy to install and easy to use, great app. Well worth the price.

This thermostat has saved us so much on our electric bill. The best thing about it is that it knows when you aren't home. I love it! You can also adjust it from your phone when you are away. Came in handy when I was out of state and forgot to change the program.

Easy to set up. Looks good, works great. Still waiting to see how well the learning function works.
