Old thermostat did not hold temp well and was complicated to program. This one was very easy to install by myself and it is very easy to program.

This is the 3rd Nest we have purchased, had to leave the last 2 at the house we sold. The new 3rd gen is great! Reliable, eye appealing and money saving.

Everything is working great! Very convenient! It's great if I'm in the basement rec room and is cold, I can turn the heat up right from my phone.

After much research, I purchased this thermostat. The thermostat was easy to install, setup and use.

This device helped me more in this house as I did not have even a programmable thermostat. The ability to change the temp while I'm away is great as I can run the system very extreme and change it back 4 hours from home and be comfortable when I arrive.
