Very reliable and amazing product that takes the thinking out of efficiently cooling and warming your home.

After installation by an HVAC person, the setup was easy. We used a "You Tube" video in addition to the book. We are amazed that we actually are using it while away from the house! While out of town we turned it to "AWAY" mode and it goes into "eco" mode. Living in a multi-story house, makes it a snap to change the setting without having to use the stairs! (Maybe not good for the cardio!!). But best of all, as we are aging, our eyesight is deteriorating, so the HUGE screen display is WONDERFUL. LOVE the NEST

It's so convenient to be able to adjust from my phone. I am not electricity inclined what so ever and it was very easy to install.

Is a must have, does a great job and keeps me posted when something is wins or reminder and weather.

It's really easy to install. Took roughly 30 minutes to remove my old thermostat and install this. Once installed, it's easy and simple to get it up-and-running. It has been few weeks since the installation and so far working great. It is learning the temperature we like at the house different time of the day and adjusting it to our liking.

If you want the best thermostat and can afford it, getvthe nest. There are less expensive ones but this is the cream of the crop.

I love this thermostat as much as one could love a thermostat. For many years I have struggled with scheduling systems that I found impossible to take charge of. In order to be comfortable I had to get up and turn the system on or off. If I wasn’t home? I returned from my last two week vacation to a refrigerator rather than a house. What a waste of resources, including a hit to my budget. That won’t happen again! Thank you Best Buy for finding me the perfect system to fit my home.
