Very nice thermostat for the money. Its very easy to set up and very pretty on the wall.

Have 2 of them in our house; convenient in that you can adjust from your phone and fully program. Weirdly, we have been paying more for heating and cooling since we put them in but its likely just us.

Love it , that Im bought my 4th one. Love the design and features. Will soon be installing to a 4 zone system

This thermostat is only worth the price if you qualify for the energy efficiency rebate. Don't know why it is called "smart". The only smart thing is the price charged. Like most thermostats it can connect to wifi and other smart assistants like Alexa. One annoying feature is that it lights up every time you walk by it ..to the temp. It would be better if it could light up to time/date. Perhaps it can but seems like a lot of work to figure out how to make this happen. It comes with a white back plate that is not appealing to the eye and is not shown in most pictures.

This item was fairly easy to install and works well. I am pleased with this purchase.

I try many different types of thermostats and Nest did a good job on this one. Easy to install friendly to set up. I would improve some features in the app to make it more reliable but at the end it's a great product.
