First Nest Thermostat, I had another brand. Definitely Nest is much better quality and very easy to install.

If you have the option to buy the sensors with the Nest do it. Within a week I ended up buying them and it's so amazing. I put sensors in the bedrooms and the thermostat in the livingroom. Then on the app I simply let it know which room to measure the temp from. Its perfect for me, considering one of my bedrooms gets the afternoon and evening sun so it was literally 9 degrees hotter in that room.... I could see it right there on the app!! This way I regulate the air better in the summer and the heat better in the winter. The reason I gave it a four is because the app is not very intuitive. I'm a software admin and I even had a hard time grasping the options.

Easy to adjust from the wall or app. I like being able to look at past usage and adjust accordingly.

We purchased this as a gift for my parents for Christmas. The have it installed and it is working as expected. So nice for them to be able to change the thermostat from their recliners in the other room!
