Great Interface, Miserable software and app.

Have 7 thermostats to install, ZERO can be added to the Nest app. Calls to Google support have not resolved a thing. These are already on my wall and Google is basically useless at troubleshooting. Furthermore the Google Home software that is imposed by Google on Nest customers is additionally miserable to use. The software on the back end is given no design, no attention, just left to engineerings to craft and it sucks. I am a software professional so this is not an uninformed opinion.
