Once you figure out how to hook it up the item works really nice. Defaults to heat pump and the directions are terrible. Ended up calling support but after that I was good to go

Just a few install comments. I wish the plate was able to be turned, so that it could be installed long ways. Or so that you could alternate between the 4 predrilled holes. Also I feel as though you should be instructed to first place the face on before turning the power back on. Just to test that no wires will be pushed back, pulling them out of the connectors. Then remove the face and turn power supply back on. I had one troublesome wire that kept popping 2 other wires out, requiring me to go turn power back off before repositioning the 3 wires.

I am very frugal and although this item is pretty pricey, the energy savings are definitely worth it. We had a thermostat that you could schedule temperatures but it was not user friendly and it was hard to adjust the schedule. This was perfect for when we went on vacation, I could turn off the heat from my app and make sure my house did not go below 40 degrees and when we were on our way home I was able to turn on the heat and have the house warm and ready!

This products is easy to install with the insttuctions that you get in the Best website it tells you which wife needs to go where and if you put the wires correctly in, everything is detected automaticaly.

Installed myself, saves me money on my utilities, and I can change the thermostat from my bed!
