This smart thermostat is good. But don’t let cps control it cause they will always put the temperature to 78-79 degrees in summer and you won’t be able to adjust it to what you want. Remember you control your life don’t let nobody control you.

We have used this in our last two houses and can definitely tell a difference in the utility bill. The thermostat does indeed 'learn' preferences and adjusts the temperature accordingly. Example- my wife and I were both getting hot at about 3am while sleeping. For two nights we simply adjusted the temperature down at that time and now the Nest knows to allow the temperature to go down at that time. It only start warming the house up just as I get up. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get more control of their utility spending.

We used to use an ecobee but when we moved we give this one a chance, it wasn't good for our needs but works good. We went back to ecobee.

But really didn't add a lot to my life. SO it works and easy to change the temperature. It lights up when I walk by like a motion detector. But it doesn't so much more.
