Customer service (nest) just said sorry and nothing they can do about it. I would understand if I broke it, but being faulty and spending $200 on it to just last a couple of years is sad and worthless investment. Don’t recommend it. Moving on to another company.

It runs my furnace/AC a lot less than my previous thermostat, and keeps my house much more comfortable. I had some small issues getting my Nest to connect to my AC at first, but Nest customer support was great and helped me fix the problem in a few minutes. Fantastic product and company!

I can set the thermostat to conserve electricity while I'm gone and turn the AC back on before coming home. There are some additional features that allow it to sense when you're home and how you like the temperature based on certain times of the day and day of the week, but that's all a bit much for me.

I've already seen savings on my bill. Purchases the sensors also for rooms and they help as well. I would have rated it five stars but not fully installed and added to the Google Home by Geek Squad. Awaiting for this to happen sometime soon.

The Nest app’s step-by-step instructions make it easy to install and wire your thermostat, so use it as your main guide. Great For Saving Money

We even used this on vacation to turn up and turn down the air as needed and on the way home we cooled down our house and walked into a nice and cool house after a long 3 hour drive. Just great to be able to control the temperature and know it when not at home.

Simple Set Up Works Flawlessly

We’d been looking for a while and after reading tons of positive reviews we finally went for it and purchased the Nest. It was easy to set up and has worked without an issue from the start!
