This is great for our rental property. It is very easy to use control for all ages of our renters. It’s best feature is that we are able to control the thermostat from our phones hundreds of miles away.

I love this item in the eco mode. I’m always trying to save money on bills. This item creates a graph to show you use for the week.

Bought the thermostat during thanksgiving weekend and using it has lead to reduced electric bills. This product is value for money.

I love that you can control everything through your phone and make schedules on when to turn on air and heat. I haven't used it enough to see if im really saving on my bill each month but the convenience of being able to control the thermostat while on vacation or just away from your home is one of the major reasons I purchased this and is a great feature.

I am still learning how to use it. A cheat sheet would be great!

I already have a Nest thermostat so I got this for my mom. It's great for her as she can control it with her Amazon Echo Show.

I had an issue getting my Nest Gen3 wired to my AC correctly. Nest support was able to help me fix the problem quickly, even on a Sunday evening.

We love having access to our thermostat while not home. It was especially handy while on vacation over the holidays, Easy to install and operate

Installation was very simple. It only took about 30 minutes. The controls are intuitive and easy to learn. It can display the weather in your area and allow you to control your thermostat from anywhere. I also got a rebate on my utility bill for having a smart thermostat. I highly recommend this product and I am planning on putting one in my vacation home.

Allows for remote access let's me remain in control of energy spending in the house. Only downside is when the Internet goes out.

Had ecobee three for two years. Heard great things about best! Just wish it was compatible to SmartHub from smart things!

Great stuff! still not sure if it is actually saving a lot of energy. and not as user-friendly as I would hope. Like, I wanted to block the heating element during the summer.

Loved the idea of remote control, but after 4 months stopped working. I would give it a ZERO if I could. I will not be buy any more Google hardware. Initially the NEST indicated low battery and started dropping WIFI. Several hours with horrible Google support troubleshooting. Many can't speak English well enough to spell your email address correctly. Even then, they can't make any decisions without putting you on hold while they contact their manager. CSR said my HVAC had an issue and recommended a tech to check it out. Well, thermostat from another system worked fine. Finally they agreed to send a replacement base, but it took 10 days to arrive. With replacement base, the A/C worked, surprise-surprise, but now it would NOT connect to WIFI router nor HOTSPOT, so it too is defective. Great idea, poor execution with support that is of no help. If you are willing to live without A/C or heat for a couple of weeks when your NEST stops working, go for it. If not, then stay away or at least keep your old thermostat handy because you will need it.

Love this device it really does save energy. No complaints at all.

Had a/c guy wire it when they installed new unit, syncing the app to nest took a couple try’s, it’s working fine

Followed the instructions and installed myself. I'm not impressed with the smart learning feature.
