Steep price point. Wouldn't offer price protection after I purchased it. Tech is good. Not sure if secure from hacking.

Really like the Eco mode. It is nice to be able to check this with your phone and make adjustments as needed.

I don't have to be after the thermostat everyday to save some electricity it does it all for me.

I didn't realize how much I would use the Nest from my phone. It is very convenient and user friendly. I would highly recommend!

It is ok! I don't find it as good as the older machine. I love being able to control off our phones. And the black face still comes with a white plate cover.

I love the Nest! I returned the Ecobee 4 and bought the Nest. It was extremely easy to setup. The setup process took 15 minutes and was so simple. The Ecobee was so much more complicated and required an extra connector for my home. The Nest has clear instructors and is very user friendly. It also looks beautiful on my wall.

The Nest is great for allowing me to control the temperature of my home at anytime and from anywhere. It is awesome that it can be done via an app on my phone. The one thing I have found to be difficult is setting up a daily schedule.

I spent more time reviewing the installation instructions just to make sure I didn't mess it up but I must say the install couldn't have been easier. The website install review for the wiring made it a breeze. Set up was very straight forward just following the on-screen instructions and it little started learning my habits within the first 2-days...

The next works as advertised, sometimes it’s annoying but turning the AC off frequently, and the app needs update. It’s relatively slow

Better than the Honeywell Home we had that PSO gave us, but, Nest doesn't work with GSuite/Google for Domains accounts without complication, which is a HUGE drawback for ease of use.

This Nest is saving me money every month. I was concerned with the price for a thermostat but I think we'll worth it after all.

Its a very expensive piece of hardware upgrade for my home. I was disappointed that they discontinued the e-ink model that was a bit cheaper but still good quality. The new cheaper model Nest has seems like such less quality that it deterred me from purchasing it over this one. I still don't think that this one is worth the asking price, but Nest's system works great with Google home since they are owned by Google and that was really the only reason I went with this one over other brands.

Easy to set up. Everything you need is in the box. I have had my nest for 4 months now and enjoy my monthly reports.

The nest 3rd generation thermostat is the best smart thermostat I've owned so far. It's very simple to wire and setup.
