Equipment excellent - Installation unacceptable

The installation piece however was a 1 star. The Geek Squad service member was unable to complete the installation and referred us to a Nest installed who failed to get the units installed. Prior to returning the Nest units we called our HVAC service provider who was able to get the units installed and correctly programmed. Bottom line we paid three times to accomplish the install so the value of the installation cost more than the 3 thermostats.
