Frustration

It tries to learn your settings but every time I turn the heat on a short time latter it turns it down so that the heat cuts off. When I turn it down because it's to hot it turns it up. Then I can't breathe because the house gets to hot. I do like that I can turn it on before I get home and the house will be warm rather than coming into a cold house.

The unit looks and works well like previous and current ones! Great product I recommend to all friends.

Seriously, though, decent platform, easy to install, great app that is intuitive, and highly-functional. Home automation is the way to go and Nest is a leader in it. I highly recommend!

I was able with just a bit of instructions from my Alexa app, program to work with. Only have had 24 hrs so we will see but for now it looks great and works according to specs
