We purchased two of the 3rd Generation - Brass. We are enjoying the nice, unobstructed design in addition to the operations/features.

The Nest thermostat is awesome. It's so easy to control from the app. It automatically adjusts when you are away and recognizes when you come home.

This has to be the best investment ever. I have already saved energy in the first 2 weeks of use. It looks very sophisticated as well.

Very convenient, with the apple and any other next product. I can turn on the heat from work by the time I get home the house is warm

Overall performance no complaints. Only complaint is the installation isn't as easy as claimed. The battery needed to be charged for over an hour before I connected it to the wall, which they don't tell you. You have to call the customer service to find that out.

We have 2 and need a 3rd. Love our Nest thermostats. So easy to use with the App, control from anywhere and learn smart schedules.

Sadly, there is no indication, before buying, whether the thermostat is compatible with your HVAC. This one was not compatible with ours.

Very neat thermostat. It's almost a game to make the green leaf show up. We're hoping this will show us how to be more energy efficient.

Nest thermostats are easy to install and use. Worked in an old house and I was able to install it very quickly. Would highly recommend.

This is the third generation Nest that I've bought and each one keeps getting better. Many of the quirks of the old versions have been ironed out.

It was quite frustrating dealing with your staff I went to 2, no 3 different best buys and finally someone kind of got it right. Not too happy with Best Buy. I am about to request the Geek Squad to come out to my home to repair something, let's see how that goes.

I love this thing. Smart thermostat! Which means you can control it through Alexa. It recognizes when you're gone or when you're home! Just amazing!

I got this for my husband for Christmas. He loves it! Especially the fact that he can just turn on the fan now when cooking. Easy to set up and use.

This was easy to install. In just a few minutes it was up and running! I like being able to adjust temp settings from the Nest app.

I spend more time trying to trouble shoot this device than to actually use it. My temperature would some time set it self to random number or the aux heat come on more than the actual heat. regardless what temp i set it too.
