    It's easy to use, and works perfectly, but should have got an Ecobee, especially with my multilevel house, the remote sensor would be clutch.

    Not sure if mine is right temperature keep changing. One minute it will be 70 next 65, then 74 not sure what is going on with it.

      Thanks for bringing this up to our attention. We're sorry to hear your Nest Learning Thermostat has caused you some inconvenience, but we'd love to help improve your experience.

      The unexpected temperature changes may have been due to the schedules Nest Learning Thermostat created after learning your preferences with its learning feature, Auto-Schedule. If you'd like, you can turn off its learning feature and use it as a traditional programmable thermostat. You can follow the steps below to turn it off:

      With the Nest app:
      - Open the Nest app and select your Nest thermostat > Select Settings and then Auto-Schedule > Tap the switch to turn it off.

      On your thermostat:
      - Press the ring and choose Settings > Select Nest Sense > Choose Auto-Schedule > Then Off.

      You may also need to clear existing schedules so the thermostat won't still follow them. Here's how:
      - On your thermostat, select Settings > Reset > Schedule > Select either Reset or Clear.

    This will not connect to xfinity wifi. Xfinity blocks Nest from connecting. I don't blame nest. I bought an ecobee which works great.
