Still trying to figure out how to use it. Sometimes when I think I'm cooling I get heat.

Only drawback is that it does not send alerts otherwise good thermostat. Does go offline every now and then too.

The Nest has ecological settings that are wonderful at saving energy. However, my personal tolerance for temperature doesn't deal well with the high and low temperatures the Nest wants to use. So, I wind up using it much more like a regular thermostat. Still saving money, but if I could adjust the highs and lows a little more to meet my comfort zone it'd be helpful.

Could be smarter... It doesn't learn quickly and always tries to save energy in lieu of making you comfortable...

This thermostat is ok. It does not work the same in fan mode as a regular thermostat.

Love the integration from multiple products such as simple safe. Had a issue with the unit a few months after purchase but customer service was EXCELLENT!!! Sent a new unit and everything works perfectly now.

It works great especially when paired with an alexa

This Smart Wifi Thermostat has made it very simple to control the heating. Setup was easy with instructions included. Installed myself and it even works with Samsung Integrations to be controlled via Samsung Smartthings App.

these are way to expensive and seem to have a mind of their own...... not easy to link up

No instructions on how to set up on your phone if you have a problem!

Brought this camera to keep an eye on my dog when I'm at work and the picture quality is amazing plus being able to speak to my dog over the camera is a great feature. Setup was simple since already owned a nest product.

I like the way it looks in my living room, very easy installation too.

I purchased this one during thanksgiving. Somehow this thermostat was not compatible with my system. It froze the fan outside during winter. took long time to recover. Called nest customer service for installation but it was not helpful either.

My main gripe with this unit was the lack of HomeKit. Ultimately it’s why I moved to eco bee. Every manufacturer has is pros and cons the only thing the EcoBee 4 was missing is the snazzy build materials the Nest has. Otherwise the EcoBee is a better unit IMO.

Not installed yet, I hear good and bad about these, we'll see next week

I loved my Nest thermostat until 6 months in the wifi radio failed causing instability, random restarts, and battery drain. Google makes it an awful experience to replace a defective product. I would recommend looking at other smart thermostats if you value your sanity.

Great product, easy installation and good sync to the app..

I wanted to add this to our smart home as I already have the amazon echo and Phillips hue lights. Everything has integrated wonderfully and I can even lock the temperature with a password restriction.
