After researching thermostats on line and finding out there is $100.00 rebate from ComEd for the Nest it made my decision easy. It was easy to install and setup. The mobile app is useful and again easy to use. Based on my last gas bill it looks to me it is saving me money as advertised.

Love our Nest. It’s already saving on our power Bill and it’s so nice to be able to control it with our Alexa devices. I can change the temperature during the night while laying in bed which is always a plus!

This has turned my apartment into a much better experience all by itself. The main winner for me was being able to measure the humidity in the house. It has made everything much more comfortable and is definitely saving us money. There are a few bugs with the phone application but nothing worth really complaining about.

The Nest 3rd Generation is all it is advertised to be. It was easy to install (seven wires) with the coding system provided. And, in only four days it had learned our basic use pattern. I would recommend this product to anyone who is replacing or upgrading their thermostat.

It was so easy to set up and install! No screwdrivers required - just stick the wires in as you push down a button. Responds well on my device. It's fun to stand in front of it and use my iphone to control it and watch it change on the wall. It senses the outside temperature (from the internet) and adjusts accordingly. I love the usage summary that tells me how many hours it ran every day. We had our attic re-insulated, and it was awesome to watch the usage go down afterwards on my device. The claim that this will pay for itself is no joke - I have had it for a month, and can see that it will happen. No wonder the gas company is offering a hefty rebate for this!! And that's something that has bothered me about Best Buy - they didn't mention the energy rebate at all. After buying it at Best Buy, I went to Home Depot to look at other cheaper options to replace my thermostat, and that's where I found out about the rebate. Needless to say, I kept it and have been more than happy ever since.

Easy setup no need for an HVAC guy. Any issues nest will help you through the setup process and I already noticed a significant difference in my monthly energy bill. Doesn't compare to any smart thermostat on the market.

Thermostats look and work great. The only frustration is the Nest products can be difficult at times to attach to your network. I have found if I reset my router after every Nest product added it seems to work.

I’m very pleased with my new thermostat. I couldn’t believe I was actually able to install it myself! It works great and is user friendly. I love being able to adjust the temperature without getting out of bed at night!

The nest appears to be working well now, although it wasn't easy to get up and running due to wiring issues. I have a new home, and the wiring matched up with what nest indicated would be a match. Initially, it would set up, but then the battery drains, so it stopped working. We had to spend a lot of time in the attic with the wiring and actually consult our HVAC guys to come out and finish the job..... once up and running it is working great.

I've had this for about a month now. The features are very modern yet simple to use. Being able to schedule heat for the colder months so far has been great. Using the app to set schedule, see energy usage, and Trac eco times has been great to review.

This is great in my home. It runs the fan to circulate air on a regular basis while using less energy to heat and cool the home. The Nest also recognizes my patterns and adjusts the temperature when I am around the house and when I am away. Great way to reduce energy costs!

This is my 2nd Nest Thermostat. This is easy to install than the previous version, and it has a bar code for you to scan when you add it to your Google Home app.

Well cant say enough I have had one in previouse home and installed one new home Great if you want to not leave air conditioning or heating on while gone and use app to turn on so house is comfortable before coming home saves a lot on your bills

I was so excited about getting the NEST only to find out it wasn’t compatible with my HVAC unit. After hours of trouble shooting and calling a hvac company to check out why I was getting errors, it was determined my unit wasn’t compatible. Check before you purchase if your unit will work with the NEST. Save yourself the headache I had. I have the NEST at my work and love it so I know I would’ve loved it at home.

Just bought a new home and have tricked it out to make it a smart home. This was the first step in accomplishing this. Very easy to use and is setup on my phone. Has saved me enough money to cover its cost in the first year!!

I had been using Honeywell digital, internet based thermostats for 8 years and was fed up. Seasonal issues each year. I am very pleased with the Nest Next Gen 3 Thermostats. Easy to use Extremely responsive.
