The product appears to come with everything necessary, but I did have to install mollies in order to attach the back cover plate and nest to the wall. The product is relatively easy to use once acclimated. The AP is very easy to use and allows full control. Have to see if it really ends up saving $!

What an amazing product! Keep your home fuel bill low with the Nest thermostat. Love the features, use of iPhone or smartphone ease of use! Great product, will save you money in your pocket!

Love the features of this thermostat. Bought 2 for my visually impaired mother in law because she will be able to see the orange color and numbers if she turns up the heat. A family member got her the Ecobee which would have been fine except she couldn't see the temperature, manually adjust and had difficulty with Alexa (included) identify her. With the Nest, she is able to control the dial with ease but should she need help, we can easily access on the app. Looking into getting her the google home that will allow for voice control and visual phone calls.

In this modern day of greater simplicity, this product helps manage your thermostat needs in an efficient way controllable from either your smartphone or the integrated display. Great Product, simplifies your life.

This is a very good product that was easy to self install. Follow the easy steps. Convenient to use with the app. Can control HVAC remotely from anywhere.

I have had different types of smart thermostats... but this one is so easy to install and operate especially with my google home!!!! i just love it especially how it uses the GPS with my phones

Well, so far I can say this was a great buy, the temperature control, the display showing the outside and internal temperature, etc.

I hesitated to make this purchase thinking it would be a technical install. Wasn't the case at all and benefiting from the product already. I appreciate the automatic settings which eventually get to know your habits.

We turn up and turn down the temperature in our home a couple of times a day; when we remember. The NEST has solved the problem for us. The temperature is changed automatically for us, right on time.

Best nest product by far. No features locked behind subscription. Always works and seems to have learned my schedule and preferences in a relatively short time, about a week.

Our bills have dropped! I especially enjoy the ease of operating from my phone. I'd buy it again.

Installed two today and I have zero experience with handy work. It was very straight forward and Nest support easily helped tell me where to put two wires whose labels didn’t match the Nest stickers.

Love the way it works and shows you your history. Have since bought an Amazon Echo, works with voice commands. Easy install!

Its hard to compare the NEST with the thermostat that it replaced. They both do the job but I love the ease of scheduling and remote access of the NEST. In fact I may get a 2nd unit for my upstairs.

My advice is if it doesn't work the first time you install it following the nest instructions, call the technicians at Nest immediately. They can usually figure out what is wrong and how to fix it quickly. HVAC systems are all different, so it can be a bit daunting. Otherwise, really great product, love the app and the "smart" features.

Definitely looks great at least better than the thermostat that I had before, its very easy to use and really does help save money with its smart features.

Nest thermostat is one of the best devices that you can find in the market now, specifically if you are an android user. It can do the work for you and save you some $$$ on your electric bill.
