This is my second nest, my first one quit after 6 years so we upgraded. I did have a little install trouble because it was very sensitive to being very flush. I actually had to remove some screws and it worked great! Looks sharp and I always say these products pay for themselves, especially with local $100 rebate!

I have had the Neat thermostat installed for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. Super easy to install, and the app is near perfect. Intuitive and easy to set schedules which helps to save money on AC costs.

These Nests are awesome. You can set schedules, turn it on and off all from your phone/tablet. Definitely a good way to save on the heating bill.

If I had to do it all over again, I probably would have gone with the ecobee 3. Here is my story. After purchasing the thermostat from a nearby Best Buy store, I contacted Nest tech support to verify the proper connections were made. After they asked me a few questions, they direct emailed me a diagram, and it was followed to the letter, The system appeared to be working, but had a problem getting consistent cold air - the heat was also engaging when it wasn't supposed to (the outside temps were in the 90s). I called tech support, and they said the base plate that is mounted to the wall must be faulty. I was one day outside of Best Buy's return policy, so they sent me a new base plate at no charge. I still had the same problem. I had a qualified AC tech come out to the house the tell me the diagram from Nest had the wires hooked up incorrectly. I was a little disappointed this was not found on initial contact through the chat support nor on the one hour follow up phone call I had to make. I also wish it had Home Kit support through my Apple products. I would recommend to a friend, but would add a word of caution with proper connection to their system.

We love this style of thermostat for the easy of being able control it from anywhere at home or on the street. We have one for every A/C unit in the house.

This is great for my mother because it is easy to use and she has all options to control her thermostat, whether it be to turn the dial, use the app, or command Alexa to do her bidding.

So easy to use, set it up on your phone, tablet, or the nest itself. Screw driver comes inside the box with instructions and you can watch videos on your phone if you need more assistance. Great set up!

I love waking up and telling Google to warm up the house before I get up. Also nice to have the capability when I'm not home. Great for weekend rentals.

I have a Nest v1, v2, and v3. This review is for the V3. It pretty much does the same as the other versions, but is compatible with more things and has a much better screen. I use this with IFTTT and many other home automation products, and it works very well. Onyl reason it is not 5 stars is because they do not make remote sensors as with Ecobee.

Remotely accessible, sleek looks, easy to follow installation instructions, and best of all, how it can save you monies!

It’s very easy to install, we ended up buying two of them one for upstairs and one for downstairs… Love having the app on my phone to control the thermostat at any place in my House .....

Wish it worked direct with home kit. Had to use the shortcut with therm app and sometime it work and sometime it don’t.Other than that, its very nice.

this product is great. we can control our temperature without being in the room. The greatest though is that we got on sale. We are still learning about it, but so far we are happy with our product.

Just purchased this today and it was so easy to install. I guess time will tell on how much I enjoy it; but so far it is great!

So far I am loving the gen 3 thermostat. I only use mine for heat therefore do not get the full use out of it but still love the app feature and the ease of use.

I was hesitant to spend $250 on a thermostat but I'm glad I did. This product has some great features including the ability to lock it so the kids can't change it and the ability to adjust it from your phone.

I bought my first Nest Thermostat about 1 month ago, it works so well and the customer service is fantastic. They guided me over the phone as how to get it all set up. I just bought a 2nd one for my office.

It's so great to be able to set my house temp even when I'm away. I have animals, so it's good to be able to keep it comfortable for me. It clicks on and off quickly after I tell it too. Great product.

We have two HVAC units and one was already on Nest for a year. Glad this was on sale for Black Friday so I can change the other unit and get to control both remotely now.
