I bought an Open Box Excellent condition, but the product was all scratched... The most interesting thing I found on the stickers on the box: 11/13/2024 the product condition was rated good condition, and the second sticker from 12/10/2024 indicates that now the condition is excellent (if you wait another month, then apparently its condition will be rated as new). The product itself in fact looks like fair condition... For me it was a very unpleasant and sad experience, because I needed it urgently and I had to drive 60 miles to pick it up... I would like to warn everyone who buys an open box - check it immediately and on the spot...

Hot flash, no problem just turn on the air conditioner!! I love the monthly email I receive breaking down my usage!!

Stopped working

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It worked great for a few months then the battery stopped charging, tried using the usb to charge it but it can’t hold a charge, so now we can’t even use it and I saw all the comments online saying they can’t get nest to get it fixed so I’m going to have to get another thermostat. Definitely won’t be getting nest again.

Please be advised that your Nest Learning Thermostat uses power sharing(North America only) to stay powered on. Most systems are able to power share without a problem, but some heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems may react differently to power sharing. Power sharing issues are resolved with the installation of a common ground (C) wire or the Nest Power Connector. If you've tried these options before and the issue still persists, then we recommend that you reach out to our support specialists so we can help you with finding a better resolution and improve your experience.
