After initially having issue with only 4 wires to main thermostat. I discovered I could buy Venstar ACC0410 wire saver to provide 5th common wire needed for reliable control. I had called Support and they were helpful in troubleshooting but their answer was to call a Nest Pro consultant to install. Yes liked the first install results and operation to buy second thermostat for basement zone which ironically only needs 4 wires in the slave zone.

super easy to install, and the app makes it even easier to use. I now have 3 in my home for all of my AC

This smart thermostat lets me to control the temperature when I’m not home and has a protected passcode.

I love having the nest because I am able to control it from my phone anywhere I am at. I like the eco setting and the different settings it has. What I really like is that in TX it is hot or cold for 1 day and having that mode it great. I got it and it did save me a bit of money but not able to really say it saved me a lot because by march lockdown happened and unable to really see the difference.

The product works very well. The included monthly report is very helpful. Only drawback is the limitation on settings for away temps. With 2 dogs in the house, the A/C away setting doesn't go below 78, which is quite warm if it's humid.

Easy to install great for the summer time save the money

It has been a good addition to my house. Being able to control the temperature away from home and from your phone it’s great. Come to a cool house is the best.

I think the 3rd generation Nest is one the best in the market...

This has all the smart home features.works well and easy to navigate. Every home should have this technology what a money saver!
