From the time we installed the Nest we have regulated our power consumption. Learns your patterns and increases or decreases temp in house to save money. Easy to use and set up...my son even likes it because he can change the temp on his phone and not even get out of bed...note to self...don't give kids access, LOL!

Really happy to have added this device to my smart home environment. Setup is so easy, up and running in minutes. Looks great on the wall, so glad I waited for the matte black model to come out!

With the rebate from Edison and southern cal it’s worth to install this thermostat. I wish I bought this early on

Great thermostat for managing your temperature while away from home or while home. Can control through app. Detects while away. Got through some mail in rebates for free.

Love that it learns your routines , when you are home and away. Def worth the extra money!!!

I'm only semi handy and this was an amazingly easy thing to install myself. I put a few in my house. Makes all the difference in the world in terms of even temperature zones. Highly recommend.

This has saved me so many trips up and down the stairs of my house in the middle of the night to adjust the temperature. I was able to install it with no issues and it looks great on the wall.

I don't really always like the learning aspect of the thermostat, but it eventually worked itself out. It's also great to have control of the system everywhere.

Let me start off by saying if you have any other nest products then this is a most definitely a need to have, it’s really the most simple thermostat and it’s amazingly smart

I really like this learning thermostat but unfortunately the 3rd generation has some problems. Works great for about a month but then it looses the internet conection and will not get it back. Almost like it has a defective wifi chip. Nest tech support was very good to work with and in isolating the problem. They are sending me a new one in 2 days. An updated one I hope.

Great product. Installing is easy with their step by step instructions. We have noticed savings already and it’s nice to set schedule and adjust anytime from my phone.

Installation was less than 15 minutes & Immediately began to see savings in a couple weeks.

It was hard to adjust to the nest as it learns ad it goes. Had to constantly change it for awhile

Love being able to set temps to have cool house to come home to in summer with out air having to run all Day and having warm house in the winter to get up to and come home to

I am really enjoying being able to control my Nest from my phone. It definitely helps if your away from home for extended periods of time. If you live a busy life from home this maybe for you.

This is a great product. Easy to install I was up and running in less than 30 minutes. I love the app I've had this product for about a month now and I've seen a reduction in my utility bill

It turns on and off the heat and air. WiFi fails to connect to anything, after only a couple months of use. I had the 1st one replaced by Nest, after 2 months. Sent me new one, lasted 4 months. Requested new replacement, they said i had to go without it and return to get a new one, or buy another and wait for refund after they receive my return. I find this unacceptable at the cost of this device. Not the customers fault that you manufacture faulty devices. Also note: I was told that warranty is based on 1st purchase so after 1 year when the replacement fails, you have a thermostat that does not work as advertised. Disappointed. Will never purchase a Nest item again.

Good while it worked, I have to call Google and try to get it swapped for a new one. The WIFI stopped working 2 months in.

I have always loved Neat products. I highly recommend the 3rd gen Nest thermostat or newer. Also, when installing ensure that your remember to turn the breakers back on, lol.

Geofence is not showing us at home when we have been home for hours. Other than that, works like an over priced thermostat.
