Check out the google help community on this thermostat, Review after review on problems with the Thermostat creating Eco- schedules without asking, Temperatures soaring even while Location settings are set to on and you are at home. Post after post with no answers. My personal experience? The thermostat was set to 70 and would -CONSTANTLY- let temps creep into the 80s until someone goes to check the thermostat to see why we are boiling inside our home only for the device to click on the cooling as soon as it detects someone in front of it, like it is trying to pretend it isn't turning off our AC. Terrible product.

Its convenient to have these smart thermostats so we can see the operation without having to go to each zone to see what they are set at. The seasonal eco setting is very helpful. Its like a reminder it's time to run the setup. Not sure how much we are actually saving because it just estimates each unit. Since each zone runs independent of each other, this system doesn't calculate how much they run together.
