Good thermostat doesn’t need c wire most of the time so easy to install

The nest works great and set up was super easy. Highly recommend.

I like the fact that I can always make adjustments through my smart phone and even control it with my bedside Google home unit. You cannot go wrong with this unit, unless you just don't like circles..

Simple and intuitive. From installing this thermostat on the wall to setting it up, everything has been easy. It learns from your habits and adjusts accordingly. It’s been pretty dead on as far as schedule. Am I saving money? Don’t know it’s pretty early but I definitely would recommend this to anyone.

Easy to install, works great and even better interface for your phone

This would normally be a 5 star review. However the situation being that it was. 2 years and 2 days after my purchase(considering its a 2 year warranty) the wifi module went out on my previous Nest Thermostat. After contacting support at Google Nest which they do through Twitter, now X, they "regret" to inform me of this well known situation and that the only solution is to go and purchase a new one. So thats what this purchase is. A replacement unit for something that should have been warrantied by almost any other company. Seriously contemplated going a different thermostat route, but because of the unique nature of our heating and cooling on this home and the wiring all done, all I have to do is pull off the old one and plug the new one in and connect to my wifi and go. I decided for ease of use I would do that.

I installed 2 Nest thermostats in my home just over a month ago. A customer at the store told me that he saw an immediate impact on his bill. I have noticed about a 20% drop in my electricity due to it limiting the air conditioning. It has not been cold enough to gauge the heat yet but it is doing its job so far and I expect it to payment itself within 6 months. Easy to install.

Very happy with the nest! I was able to install it myself even though I was prepared to hire someone to do it, gave it a try and it was extremely easy when following the instructions on the Nest website. Would definitely recommend it and the app is super easy and intuitive as well.

Love it! Learns your schedule and can adjust remotely. Works as stated

So simple to use. When I installed it, I didn’t realize we had a heat pump system. So the heat setting was blowing cold and vice versa. I went on YouTube and found out that I wired it for a conventional system. YouTube showed me exactly how to wire it. Simple. I’m a 58 year old woman! Ta Da!!

I love this thermostat! I can control it from anywhere from my phone. It has learned my schedule for the most part. It sets to a deferent temp when I'm home and when I'm away. It was a bit tricky to put in. The instructions were for an older model.

Not sure if worth the premium price but it looks great and easy to use. Takes about a week to start programming on its own so will wait to see how that works.

Works great with Alexa, self install was super easy as well.

The Nest thermostat is amazing. Very easy to install and it's learning abilities are great. Was a little skeptical but after a week I would go to check what the temperature was set to and it was right where it should be. Also integrates well with my amazon echo, so I can just ask Alexa to set the temperature to whatever I want.
