This thing is amazing; looks cool and performs great. Easy install and setup. The wi-fi control from my iPhone is a great feature.

We - the Nest and I - are still learning from each other. It is fun, since the computer seems to comprehend more and more. It also understands our cooling behavior better and better. The score and savings keep improving!

Con: Seems only Nest Thermostat is round on market, also it can choose color to match my wall. Pro: the mounting plate is not matching the original screw holes which left over from previous thermostat

Works as expected. I bought an Open Box Excellent condition, but the product was all scratched... The most interesting thing I found on the stickers on the box: 11/13/2024 the product condition was rated good condition, and the second sticker from 12/10/2024 indicates that now the condition is excellent (if you wait another month, then apparently its condition will be rated as new). The product itself in fact looks like fair condition... For me it was a very unpleasant and sad experience, because I needed it urgently and I had to drive 60 miles to pick it up... I would like to warn everyone who buys an open box - check it immediately and on the spot...

Got two for my home (two zone HVAC system) to replace our Honeywell programmable thermostats. Easy to install and easy to use.

I would highly recommend if you have a sporadic schedule.

I've had issues with 2 of these either prior to the 1 year mark or after. If you buy it get an extra warranty.

I don't have to be home, touch the thermostat or get out of bed to change the temperature. Hot flash, no problem just turn on the air conditioner!! I love the monthly email I receive breaking down my usage!!

It worked great for a few months then the battery stopped charging, tried using the usb to charge it but it can’t hold a charge, so now we can’t even use it and I saw all the comments online saying they can’t get nest to get it fixed so I’m going to have to get another thermostat. Definitely won’t be getting nest again.

Works well. Learning starts right away. Easy to integrate it with the Nest app.

Product was very easy to install. Looking foward to reducing my energy bill.

Geek Squad insurance for The nest Thermostat. Bought 2 one will not connect to the internet I am a year outside of the manufacturer warranty. Called Geek Squad 4 year warranty and was told to just take it off the wall and bring it in. Be advised that I paid someone to install this nest thermostat but I’m just supposed to take it off the wall and it is 100 degrees today. They offed to send some one out to take it off the wall and I would then have to bring it in myself. Surely if you have the means to send someone out to take it off the wall one might think that they could send someone out to see why one connects and the other don’t

Great thermostat but the only problem is it won't connect to Google home and that's why I really wanted it. Google knows its a problem and hasn't fixed it.
