Excellent Thermostat

Take a picture of your existing thermostats wiring so that you can easily look to see which colored wires go with which hookup on the nest. Works great through the app on my phone.

Nest

After replacing both in door and out door unit the nest was still giving me issues. It didn’t work well for me but other friends of mines have it with no issues.

App control to adjust temperature before you arrived home, Away mode and Google Home integrations have become crucial for home automation. If you have not already have one, go buy one.
