Works great easy access when you are not home.....

Easy to install. Works great. Placed in the hall but seems to learn quickly to even out temperature in 2nd floor of house.

Excellent step up from the old thermostat we had before. Easy to install and the ability to control the temperature from my phone is great.

I bought this in a bundle package, and was not disappointed. The display is nice, and it is super easy to setup. Using the Nest website's tutorial videos, I was able to swap this out from my old thermostat, and get it programmed in under 10 minutes. The thermostat learns my family's routines, and over time makes adjustments based on what it learns. The display is customize-able with different information. It is very easy to adjust the temperature or switch from heating to cooling. Using the Nest App, you can customize schedules on your own, and there are even "eco" settings, where you can let the thermostat run to a temperature to save you money on your utility bills. I also bought 2 of the optional Nest temperature sensors (because I have a 3-story house). The only downfall to those that I didn't know about is the system can only run, based on which sensor you choose (in my case, I can make it heat my house based on the thermostat on the main floor, or one of the sensors in the basement or on the 2nd floor. But not all 3). I can also control my thermostat/temperatures from my Google Home speakers or displays; along with the app. And, with the Google Home Assistant, you can set up "routines" in there. So when you leave the house, you can make a routine and say something like "I'm leaving", and it would turn down the temperature to an Eco setting.

The thermostat is actually more useful in keeping house at desired temp levels in real time. The functionality is fantastic. The ability to change remotely is also great.

We upgraded from a regular programable thermostat to this and do not regret it. Nest customer service had me send a picture of the current wiring and then instructed me where to put the wires. Very simple to setup and the app is awesome. It learns how you like temperature in your home throughout the day and programs itself. Bonus: our amazon echo connected to this! We can tell Alexa to adjust the temperature from the couch.

This is a great product. The Wi-Fi capabilities make this thermostat easy to use and convenient for your life.

I have a four zone vertical system and bought 3 of these Smart Thermostats (left the existing one in the basement for now). These thermostats were extremely easy to install and jumped right onto the house network and my google online system, where I have 2 other Nest cameras. The app works seamlessly. With routine manual adjustments of the temp on the app and/or thermostats, the three floor system appears to be learning and may even be anticipating when to ramp cooler or go to "eco". So far so good!

I was a bit skeptical about this thermostat, but after a very easy self installation, this little gadget hasn't stopped surprising me. It starts learning a routine pretty qickly and tells you how much time your heat/ac equipment has been on per day, and also identifies the days that you have economized usage. Out of 10 days, 7 has been minimal... I fan wait seeing my next electric bill!!! moreover, I really enjoy not having to get out of bed to set the tempetature... I either open the app, or ask Alexa to do it. It has been a short time since installation, but I'm already in love with my Nest.

Bought my first Nest from Best Buy as I always have been impressed with the technology. Had trouble installing it due to glitch with the wiring but overall pretty easy to install and set up. Looks cool and easy to manage through the app or directly, ended by buying and installing three of them.

The best feature is how it can predict when you are away to conserve energy. It's easy to use and very intuitive. I also like being able to turn it on while I'm driving home.

This is a great product and I was able to pick it up at a pretty unbeatable price. Super easy to use and the setup took only about 20 minutes. I love all of the features and the app allows you to make adjustments if you don't have the automatic preferences selected or need to make a change. It is great how the thermostat learns when you are typically home or away and anticipates this by making adjustments to the home temperature in advance. I highly recommend this product based on all of the features and ease of use.
