I wish I had done it earlier
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My old programmable thermostat was in my entry foyer where sunshine shined on it in the mornings. It thought the whole house was that warm, and didn’t turn the furnace on, making the rest of the house too cold. I replaced it with a Nest thermostat which senses that sunshine is on it and adjusts accordingly - Now the entire house is comfortable.

Great home automation device

Used A credit from my utility provider, and a rebate from the regional energy conservation organization to get the price down to just $100. Really looking forward to integrating with other "works with nest" devices. Most excited about the Keen smart vents and BigAss Fans smart fan.
