I have three and the option to adjust the temperature or turn your HVAC off while you’re away from the home is great. Alexa and Google compatible also.

Excellent Thermostat

It integrates with my home automation system (Homeseer), and I have been able to program the Away status based on the presence of our cell phones! Pretty cool.

Avoid stubbing your toes and connect this puppy and let yourself cool down or warm up by clicking through your phone's nest app.

Nest does it for you. It saves energy as well. It learns my patterns so I do not even have to worry about powering off and on remotely. Great purchase.

Keep in mind though, It says it is compatible without a C Wire. Chances are it will probably be needed! Love the user interface on the app!

Have had a few different thermostats over the years, but he Nest is by far a self learning and adjusting thermostat that actually does its job the right way. Definitely recommend.
