After contacting Nest Customer Service (open 24/7). After speaking with Customer Service, i knew what I had did and how to make it work..Nest has outstanding Customer Service

The only thing I don’t like is there isn’t a hold option. You have to disable all the smart features to get it to hold a temp. That’s the only downside.

Can set the temp via your iPhone but sometimes not working - don't know if it is the phone or the nest. A little expensive - got product one month only so don't know if it is saving some electric bill

I love how you can set schedules for cooling and heating. As long as you download the app, you can control your home temp even while you’re away from home.

Using the app I was able to install this in under 30 minutes with no previous electrical training. I love the convenience of being able to adjust the temperature while staying in my bed or when I leave work to arrive to a perfect temperature home. I highly recommend this for anyone looking into upgrading their existing thermostat or next smart home addition!

Posted .Hi there, EricaB! Thanks for letting us know about the issue. We're sorry to hear that you're unable to set up both your replacement Nest Learning Thermostats on the Nest app. Here are some helpful steps you might want to try out:
- Make sure your internet service is working.
- Check your app version. Make sure that you have the latest version of the Nest app
- Restart both your Nest Learning Thermostat. Restart your thermostat to refresh your connection. Once done, try to add it to your account in the app again.
- Restart your router and modem. Unplug your modem and router power cords. Wait for 30 seconds, then plug your modem and router back in.
- Check the settings on your Wi-Fi router or access point. Restrictive firewall security or parental control settings on your Wi-Fi router can sometimes block communication with Nest servers. Refer to your Wi-Fi router or access point documentation to learn how you can exempt the Nest thermostat from these restrictions.
