If you are looking to make your house a smart home then this is the best device to start because it serves a important purpose instead of a speaker that tells you the weather. Automated, but annoying at times

It doesn't seem to work as well as my old thermostat in terms of actually pumping cold air. I like the schedule, and being able to set this remoteleyh. It also looks great, but I question how well it actually cools my house. Did not ever seem to get as cold as my old thermostat unit.
