The battery needed to be charged for over an hour before I connected it to the wall, which they don't tell you. You have to call the customer service to find that out.

Keeps Getting Better

Not too happy with Best Buy. I am about to request the Geek Squad to come out to my home to repair something, let's see how that goes.
