Don’t buy Nest Thermostats.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don’t buy a Nest. I bought 3 for a new house and nothing but problems. Hearing from friends and HVAC pros to avoid Nest. I had Honeywell smart Thermostats at previous house and they worked great. I am going to buy Ecobees to replace the Google ones.

I have had a service person here twice to correctly set the device and it is still not right. I have one of the same brand in another home that can be set to my needs.I do not want the device overriding what I set it to. No one seems to know how to do that from the Geek Squad.
