Easy to self install, I can control my heating & air conditioning to save money !! It learns my temperature setting so that my home is more efficient

The Nest App was easy to set up as was the Nest Thermostat. Works very well so far and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to control their household temperature when you are not home.

Our biggest issue with this product is when it is in econo mode and you can't exit the mode from the app. It also doesn't respond when we walk up to it and even push it to try to turn it up. It stays in sleep mode. Otherwise it had been energy efficient and looks nice.

It’s worth every penny it knows when I am on my way home now I know the temperature inside my house humidity it tells all on my phone great job nest

It was pretty straight forward to set it up, it comes with a screw driver so you don't need much tools to set it up if you have a existing thermostat

All i can say is that the device works exactly as advertised. Love everything about it!

Works as described - but open box failed and needed to replace with Google. Best Buy was not helpful.

I am enjoying this new thermostat so far. It looks great in my house and it is really nice being able to customize home energy use so easily. It is also nice that it ties into home automation.

This 3rd generation Nest is going to replace my 2nd generation Nest downstairs and the 2nd generation Nest will replace my thermostat upstairs. I love all of the functionality and features of the Nest!

This was incredibly easy and straightforward to install. Ypu won't need anything other than the box contents. I'd say the whole process took me about 10 mins and I had never done it before.

Installed myself, was surprised to receive $180 CPS rebate thru the end of January. Nest learns preferred settings and the away from home feature is great. Also purchased for my daughter's home.

Bought as a gift for our daughter and she loves it! She no longer has to remember to set the thermostat back before going to bed because she can reset it FROM bed using her iPhone! So many perks!

Great thermostat that is much easier to use than a standard programmable wall mount. However self learn will occasionally create more usage so I recommend turning that function off.

We love this thermostat because it knows when our cell phone is nearby and when we leave in the winter it drops the temp to 64 and when we get close to home it increases the temp to 71. After a week of adjusting the temp manually it started doing it on it's own so now it's 2 steps ahead of me. When I walk up to it lights up and tells me the current temp if it's not running but if it's running it's orange and you know the heat is blowing. From anywhere in the world I can check or change the temp. My understanding is it will reduce our energy costs but since we're on an equal payment plan I guess we'll find out next year when our EPP is renewed hopefully for less per month. Stay tuned!

The nest thermostat is very easy to install and very intuitive to use. The home and away settings are very useful in helping decrease my energy usage. I highly recommend the nest thermostat!

No more people within the household messing around with changing the temperature! I locked it and only my wife and I can control it from our cell phones.
